what notegpt is

notegpt is an iOS app that helps you turn audio recordings, PDFs, and YouTube videos into structured notes using AI. The app is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

acceptable use

You agree NOT to use notegpt to:

• Record people without their consent where required by law.
• Process content you don't have the right to use (copyrighted material, others' private data).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code.
• Use the app to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or violates others' rights.
• Attempt to overload, attack, or disrupt our servers.

your content

You own the content you create or upload to notegpt (recordings, files, notes). You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the app's features (transcription, note generation). We don't claim ownership of anything you create.

subscriptions

notegpt offers free and paid (Pro) tiers. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your iTunes account. Auto-renewal can be turned off in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple — see Apple's refund policy.

ai-generated content

notegpt uses AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI) to generate transcripts and notes. AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Always verify important information against the original source. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

disclaimer

notegpt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last changed. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
